yes if truth and lie are mixed together= lie!.

i believe nothing is absolutely certain!. everything changes quite rapidly so in the end, nothing is positive!. plus, in order to make sure something is true, you would have to disprove every other alternate option in which case only one thing would have to be true!.

and i have another theory!.!.!. how can you be sure that the life you are living right now is absolutely real!? how can you be sure that this 'life' we are living right now isn't just a dream and one day we will wake up and see all the true answers to everything!. everything will be absolutely clear!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

did you mean your question to have meaning, to ask something about reality!? of course!.

Meaningful use of language would be impossible if everything were true, or if everything were false!. Nothing could be believed, and language would fail!.

If you've spoken meaningfully, or recognized meaning in other people's uses of language, then you do not believe that everything is one big lie after another!.

In your life, aim to be truthful!. That way, in the least your words will have more power!. Concern yourself with speaking in correspondence with reality!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course there is truth, but truth is different from one to another depending on where you stand!. What's truth to one may be false to another!. Sometimes "truth" is a matter of opinion and all falls back on the persons involved!.

The "truth" of family being "all that really matters" is certainly not true for me, but may be for someone else!.

What was truth 300 years ago may be false today!. Offering conditionals and time limits can help one somewhat determine if something is going to be a lie or truth!. Words like "someday", "never", and "always" are a mix between lie and truth!. One can believe that, lets say the words:

"I will love you now and forever"

If that's used, you may very well be telling the truth!. With some it does happen!. But certainly not all!. also, how can one tell that that statement will be true!? Divorces are a prime example of such!.

"Everything" is not a lie!. And not "everything" is truth!. Without truth there cannot be a lie!. Otherwise whose to say that everything is not the truth!?

Ask yourself what sort of lie "everything is!." Is it the Buddha type of lie, as in everything is an illusion (maya), or is it just that truth won't sit and beg at your command!?

If you can glean some idea of what SORT of lie "everything" is then you will know THAT truth, and "everything" won't be a lie, which will answer your question because then everything about "everything" won't be a lie!. Perhaps what you mean to ask is "is everyone out there as ignorant as I am!?" and the answer would be YES!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
