My grandmother!. I often pass this on, she told me that if someone hurts you, it isn't because there's something wrong with YOU it's because there's something wrong with THEM!. I try to tell this as often as I can, I find it very wise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i guess anyone should really say their parents because they taught you how to walk, talk, read (they've taught you since the moment you were born, even though you had no clue they were teaching you)

one of my high school english teachers taught me some important life lessons

but who i really would say is mother earth, i feel very connected to nature and animals (they taught me alot to) because just like talkin with yourself or your dog it just helps me see inside myself(no they didn't teach me how to do logarithms or anything like that but those can be taight by alot of different people were as life lesson kind of things are more personal and i think require a bigger thanks

after writing this i realize i need to go tell some of those people (like some of my high school teachers who taught me more than jsut their curriculum)Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are a lot, but the first that came to my mind is my 5th grade teacher!. One day she overheard a few boys in the class making fun of someone with a disability!. The next day she came into the class and had us all put on hats (to cover our eyes), gloves (so we could not feel) and these bandana type things over our nose (so we could not smell)!. Then she played on the overhead projector home movies of herself and was saying "This was when I was in France!. Just look at that view" She passed around object and because we could not smell them or feel them we were unable to know what we were holding!.
It deeply touched me!. Though I was not part of the one who was making fun of another, the fact that I really understood her message hit home!. In my true sense-- that is a teacher!. She just did not care about scoring out papers and making sure we understood proper English, writing and mathematics-- she really cared!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
