Question: What is the suffering in your life!?
As humans we suffer!. We suffer when we want something!. We suffer when we have something and don't want it!. !. To Quote Lou Marinoff, "Suffering resides in the mind and nowhere else"!. What in your life causes you suffering and do you think you have control over your suffering!?
Note: I want to make a clear distinction between "pain" and "suffering"!. Pain is a physical sensation, suffering is mental!. I know in certain situations both can be related, such as a person who is prone to migraines will experience pain and because of the continuous symptoms related to this physical condition it can proceed to suffering, but in this question I am focusing on suffering and not suffering that has been in connection with a physical pain!.

Becoming an orphan at the age of 58!.it sucked!.It still does!.I was extremely close to my Mom and Dad!.There are not any bad memories of them,and that has made the suffering worse!.If I could just think of one single thing that was unpleasant,that would help me deal with the grief!.But there aren't any,and I am still grieving!.My childhood was wonderful,and so was my adulthood until Mom and Dad died!.I have a wonderful BF,but no one can take the place of your parents!.
Suffering: When you have the flu for the first time you are an orphan,and you are puking your guts out,calling for Mom and Mom's not there!.That's suffering!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
i'm having mental anguish (i!.e!. suffering) right now because i had no choice but to fire my stylist and my make-up artist today!. i love them both so much, but i found out they have been fraternizing outside of work with each other, and i just cant have that!. they have both been very good friends of mine, but i not only felt that it was necessary to fire both of them, but that it was necessary to assure that they never work as make-up artist and stylist for anyone else ever again!.!.!.!.so i made some phone calls and basically had them "86ed" from their respective livelihoods, even though they arent aware that i did that to them yet!. i simply couldn't live with myself if i thought for one minute that they would be able to work for another celebrity again!. so yes, i am suffering severely with this!.!.!.!.!.i never wanted anything like this to happen, but i felt backed into a corner!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
