I wouldn't call it a life motto but its something i think about more than other sayings u kno it's

I believe-everything happens for a reason
People change-so that you can learn to let go
Things go wrong-so that you can learn to appreciate them when they're right
You believe lies-so that you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself
And sometimes-good things fall apart so better things can fall together!.

My wrestling coach introduced the team to it to motivate us to work hard so you and your teammate both benefit with the experience they gain!.
