Well some people may have there own fixed ideas about the world and they don't want to change those views!. So when nasty things like facts and the truth get in the way they get angry or ignore it!.

also to a large extent we are programmed by the media to be negative , so many people don't feel they have the right to be happy about anything !.

However there are many people that are open-minded and willing to except new ideas!.

I wondered this for years, until I came across the definition of
denial!. People will escape any and everything!. People will see things the correct way when it is time!. God's time not ours!. Some people do not know what is real or not!. Some are on a fantasy trip and others refuse to see things, much less as they are, they prefer to see what is comfortable!. This comfort zone is not a good thing sometimes!. Pain,!.!.!.!.!.!.!. who wants to feel or feel pain!?!?!?!?!? Some people don't know how, are what to feel unless they are told!.
