Question: Why do programmers make "design decisions" !?
I am minded of examples where a steering committe or somesuch has ordered a course of action yet someone lower down the foodchain doesn't totally conform, reasoning "I am sure the committee would see it as a very minor matter"!.
Why not, if building an automated system, build both options into the system, thereby still conforming to what the steering committee asked for !?Www@QuestionHome@Com
