And followers are not necessarily servile, though some are!. Sometimes it's a matter of people naturally falling into the best positions for the situation!. And some people are leaders in one area of their lives, and followers in others!. For example, a kinky minister may lead his church, but allow a woman to boss him around and control him in his personal life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I think that most definitely you are born with traits and qualities, but in the end life is what you make of it and what you work for!. Some are naturally dominant and controlling, yes, but those are not the leaders!. The TRUE leaders are those who can keep the peace, and inspire compromise in people!. However those most of the time do not pursue leadership, because of their beliefs, and so the leaders become those who pursue power and inspire fear and/or respect!. The followers however I believe will be obedient, for a true follower is blind to all but what their leader lets them see, deaf to all but what their leader tells them they can hear, and mute until their leaders tell them what to say!.Www@QuestionHome@Com i dont know if you are born to lead or people just put you in that spot same goes for followers if the person leading seems quite capable and knows what they are doing and knows more about it then i do i follow i dont mind following but generally i lead because i know more about the situation then the others and they want me to following is easier and more relaxing i would like to do it more oftenWww@QuestionHome@Com Of course!.!. Everyone can't be leaders just like everyone can't be followers!. There has to be a strong force who is able to take complete control under stressful moments and make sense out of everything!. Just like there have be people who are willing to serve for the greater good!. His bloodline is one of the most POWERFUL in all history!. That being said you can see that leadership is not always a quality bestowed upon those who are worthy!.
