Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: !.!.!.I've been thinking about this a lot lately!.!.!.in some cases, the door of opportunity is still open to speak but in those "lost cause" cases that one can't get back, I write what should've been said down in a journal or actually write a note with all my unspoken words, tie it to a helium balloon, release it and watch it float away towards it's destiny till it's out of sight!.!.!.I am a believer in trying to turn strong emotions into tangible means!.!.!.it helpsWww@QuestionHome@Com you can't not for those that have past except promise yourself and them that you will say all there is to say from this moment on!. Life is to short not to live in the moment!. You know what they say love like you have never been hurt, dance like nobody is watching, singing like you know how to (LOL), live your life like its the last day and never miss an opportunity to tell someone you love them and how important they are to you!. I am sure that is not how the saying goes but it still holds true!. Do regret not being able to make up for the things left unsaid in your life only regret it if you don't start saying all the things that need to be said and should be said good or bad!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Well it's a bit like catching up on sleep, it doesn't really work!. You can't say everything in life, so there will always be things left unsaid for all of us!. No one can do everything!. No one can be there for everybody!. How can I make up for some of the things, I have said!? You move on & get better at saying what you want to say!.Www@QuestionHome@Com You try to say what's important when you can!. Not all things need to be said, some of it is understood by those who love you!. My father almost never said the words "I love you", but he didn't need to say them!. Maybe he should have said them a little more often (it would have been appreciated), but that would have been strange for him and unexpected for others in my family!. The statement wasn't the most important part -we all understood!.
