Oberon would have been running with accredited software!.
Collins would have incorporated some legacy software from Oberon design office!.
Now we read there were "problems" with Collins!.
Does that mean incorrect versions of documents (example programs etc) were handed over to Collins !?
It doesn't wash!.
AS1821 said to put extra steps in a chain, in order to improve reliability!.
So instead of jumping from A to Z, put in extra steps for example B, C, D!.
You can then verify that B is what you want, that C equals B, and that D equals C, so you know D is what you want!.
