I have regrets in the past, decisions that If I knew then what I know know, then I would have changed it!. But there is nothing you can do to change things, you just become a little wiser when making choices for the future!.
I wouldn't have met people now if I had of changed those designs then!.
The only time to talk about the past is when you meet a good friend that you haven't seen for a while, then it is good to reminisce about the past (but only the good memories)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sure, its in our nature as humans to do this!. How do we know what is right if we have not experienced wrong!? Just as living life to the fullest, how would we know we are doing this if we have never really lived!. The past is our stepping stone to the future, I regret a bunch of decisions and experiences but as I can not see into the future, those mistakes and experiences from the past make up who I am today at this moment!. You can't waste time visiting your past if this was the case you could say the same thing about goals we set for our future being!.

No - I did do this in the PAST though and it gets you nowhere!. All it does is increase your melancholia and increase your loneliness!. Its better to think for the moment and realize that the PAST has no affect on the PRESENT!. If you want a meaningful worthwhile life you have you life for the moment and acknowledge that life is for having FUN and not for worrying and
taking things SERIOUSLY like so many people from older generations do!. Have fun, get involved in clubs groups etc and listen to jokes and craic!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you cant regret things you've done b/c if you didnt do you would have never known the results therefore you can only regret things you haven't done - even then you eventually need to build a bridge n move on!.

I only reflect on the past to identify the causes of my mistakes to learn from them then i focus on the present and plan for the future!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do enjoy reflecting back to what happened in past!. Sometimes I do that too often and have to stop myself from doing so, so I can live "now"!.

But I never have any regret in decisions I made in past!. After all, I could die tomorrow!.

I make decisions based on what I know at the time and what I wanted to do at the time!. Whether it comes out positive or negative doesn't give me much regret!.!.!.!. for too long!Www@QuestionHome@Com

no, my past is just a part of my present; it helped me become who I am right now!. but I don't have any regrets as it comes to it, first of all because it can't be undone and secondly because i always act according to what I feel at one moment or another!. Sometimes I think about the past and regret some of the things I have done!. I know that I can't control what I did, and I can't change the outcome!. It still comes across my mind though!.
