the gift of life itself is of value!. one persons affect on the world is great, the smallest actions impact so many, whether or not we like it, just being born is of value!.
Life, the capability to grow, learn, make decisions!.!.!.
A person is not valuable because of what they posess, materials are not worth!. It is, in my opinion, the soul and the mind, acting together as one!.

Well, I think you need to first define what you mean by valuable!.
Since you haven't, I'll provide a few arbitrary but often agreed upon definitions!.

First: One who acts as a catalyst in an economic, political, or other formal environment!.
Second: One who adds to the overall knowledge or beauty (Art) of humanity!.
Third: One who you love!.
Fourth: One who reveals truths to you deeper than mere knowledge (think Philosophy)!.
And finally, Fifth: One who you find interesting (In any sense of the word)!.
