The fact that a doomsday prophecy is set for December 22, 2012!. That's my birthday!. What a great birthday present!. (I mean that sarcastically, you realize!.)

If by "doomed" you mean the world will come to an end in 2012, then NO!. However, by 2012 it is very likely that by that point we will have inflicted enough damage on the earth (and not just global warming but animal hunting, etc) that it is irreversible!.

But people have been saying for thousands of years that on ___ date, the world as we know it will END!. 1000, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, and now 2012!. Jesus what next!? Hm maybe 2020 will be the next predicted date!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Only if Jesus returns at that time!. The Bible says that Jesus will return when the world is completely drowned in sin!. That seems like it could be now, but believe me, it can get a lot worse!. Just make sure you're ready for the world to end!.

Romans 10:9-That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved!.

Make sure that you confess your sins to God and ask forgiveness!. Ask Jesus to come into your heart, and make an effort to live for Him!. Then, when the end times come, us christians will be safe with Him!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I honestly don't think so, because according to an Earth Science book I read, the sun is expanding and probably will eventually expanding past in earth in about a billion years!. Besides that, I don't think that God wants the world to end so early!. He probably wants to wait a little longer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
