In human nature Good and evil charters both are present at a same time!.
There are two jackals fighting inside us, One of virtue and other of evil, Now who wins it depends upon us that whom we feed and give courage and make strong by doing good or evil deeds,
Its our choice to do good or badWww@QuestionHome@Com

There is no good and evil, its only a mere artificial conception in order to build the groundwork of society:laws and orders!.

People all have different aspect, perspective, feelings & taste, and of course: ways of dealing!. When you ask a certain question which does not necessarily have one answer, the answer will vary between people!. Its simple as that, some people may find some solution on certain question 'evil'; however in his perspective only more logical!.

'Right-and-wrong' concept, moral builds up depending on the culture & parental teachings!. So it all differs!.

Most people will say abusing/murder is evil, but, in some circumstances, and in some countries, its tradition of sacrifice!. And it is remote to the conception of 'evil' in their perspective!.

In our world we have 'law and punishment'!. But in my personal view its nothing more than a soft way to put 'vengeance'!.

There is no good or evil in this world, there is unique perspective!.

Two chinese philosophers, scholar xunzi and mencious argued about this!. Xunzi believed that humans are inherently evil while mencious; inherently good

The reason why xunzi and mencius came up with different conclusion is that they were looking at the different picture!.

Mencius based his theories on altruism(i think)!. Altruism; a principle or practice of unselfish concern for or devotion to the welfare of others (opposed to egoism)!.

Altruism is thought to be part of our nature; evolution!. What the dictionary failed to mention is that its not completely an 'unselfish' act, we tend to be giving because it also helps our survival!. ie Pack of wolves, helping each other for more food, school of fishes helping each other to scare off predators!.

I believe xunzi reflected his theory on human selfishness!. I do not like how he put it: 'evil'!. Because selfishness is vital for our survival!.

In conclusion both of their theories seems different(the picture), however, the interesting part is that, deep down, their theories are both based on survival!. Altruism, selfishness are both important for our survival!.

It seems that they are both pretty much equal in this argument!. But i think, humans have many aspects, sometimes we are giving, which could be interpreted as 'good' and sometimes we can be selfish which can be considered 'bad'!. I dont think we can simply put people as either 'good' or 'bad'!. To me, people are not 'good' or 'bad', we are just trying our best to survive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I Believe that all human nature is Good, it begins with it's time on the teat of it's mother and that is certainly not an evil act!. Everyone, including you and me, wants to be the best in our acts!. It is not the human nature that is good or bad!. But, the outcome to the action!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Neither!. These are just arrogant judgments that people make of each other!.

Characterizing anyone as evil overlooks the very process of how that person came to choose their actions!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Human nature is inherently good, the problem is that those two out of ten bad people make everyone else act a curtain way to protect themselves!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
