I used to, but I forced my self to learn how to express myself freely and professionally by join "Toastmaster" and taking a class in speech!. I learned that if one doesn't express themselves freely and openly and professionally one will never move up in society or in the work place!. Knowing how to put your best speech forward is what will get you through life as your own person!. Don't let others speak for you when you got a voice to be heard!.

What with menopause and fibromyalgia, I have a double whammy where "brain fog" is concerned!. So I take my time with answering, which can be mistakenly taken for ignorance or in my not knowing how to answer!. I find it so much easier to write down my thoughts than to speak them out!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
