Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: well, that would depress alot of people!. People wouldn't be worried about God's opinion on suicide, and therefore I'm sure there will be alot of that!. I'm sure all the atheists will be saying "I told you so", and I'm sure myself I would be depressed!. Even I, who has always been skeptical about the bible, would be sad over the falsity of it!. So many people have places their hopes in it, and even if it isn't real, it helps move people forward in sad or desperate times!. To think that my loved ones aren't really watching over me in eternal happiness, and to think that I will only rot in the ground!.!.!.!. it would depress anybody!. All of us, even the strongest believers in the Bible have a small amount of doubt in our subconcious (and sometimes our concious) that tells us that there really is nothing out there!. Think of the heartbreak that would ensue; a confirmation of people's worst nightmares!. Just like wives who take their wife-beating husbands back, or parents who claim their murdering child is a "good" person deep down, Proof and fact is irrelevant to faith and emotion!. They could move on with life and stop spending thier lives doubting, puzzling and wondering whether there really is a God!. Others would be devistated to think they based their lives on a lie!. This would cause a lot of hurt and maybe a lot of wars!. Some people probably would still believe and there would be fights over this!. But there might be peace because there would be no discrimination against religions and peple wouldn't kill eachother over their own Gods!. The athiests, who had tried to tell others already would be stuck up cause they were right and everyone else was wrong!. The world would be way different after this settled in!.!.!. Despite this initial upheaval of the majority's beliefs, human kind will eventually get over god and find something new to channel our lust for explanation into!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The world could plunge into complete chaos because no one would have anything to believe in!.!.!.And there would be nothing stopping people from doing things!.
