Yes, because what is ugly to one person may be beautiful to another!. I always try to find the beauty in things!. Even if the *thing* itself is not beautiful to me, I try to find other things in it to see as beauty!. For example, if I see a piece of art thats appearance I do not care for, I find beauty in another way!. This came out of somebody's mind, somebody's hands created this!.!.!.that is beauty to me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

For the most part, I see the evident ability in all things to become beautiful if a demonstration of its potential has transpired!. Some things I do believe have overshadowed its potential with ugliness to a degree that surpasses its potential!. But of course!. beauty IS in the eye of the beholder!. Each beholder has different preferences and predilections for certain things through life experiences and natural occurances!.

The answer to that would also require an answer to the deeper question; What is beauty!? If one were to assume that beauty is balance, and, all things could achieve a balance within the natural order; then, yes!. If one were to assume that beauty was a state of perfection of some ideal, then all paths to beauty are fraught with the horror of interpretation based on individual taste!.
