I don't think it's ever justifiable to take anyones life!. Having a motive to kill someone is almost like saying "I have the right to steal something that belongs to you, because I can"!. However, I really can't say that it's injustifiable to kill someone who is responsible for millions of other lives!. People will believe what they want to believe, and people will justify almost anything, including the taking of life!. As a martial artist, and a teacher of self-defense, I believe self-preservation and the preservation of innocent lives needs to be the priority!. The preservation of the attacker's life is also important, but secondary!. Life is sacred should never be taken, intentionally, unless it is necessary to preserve life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That depends on who it is and why!.
Killing somebody like Hitler or Stalin might even be called a praiseworthy act, if by doig so you prevent the deaths of millions more!. But if you're just killing them to rob their corpse, you don't deserve praise (although it still isn't immoral as such)!.
For me, what it basically boils down to is that it is acceptable to kill somebody who intends (if you can prove it) or is in the act of severely hurting people for no good reason!.
This means that I believe it acceptable to murder somebody who makes a living by teaching children to fear an eternity of damnation that will haunt them for the rest of their lives!. However, this does not mean it should be legal to do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are in a dangerous situation, then I think it is okay to preserve your right to continue existing!. This choice is up to the individual!. Reguardless of who the other person is or what they have done in life or their "worth", your self has a right to continue if you have the opportunity to do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it depends on a persons situation, for example if a mentally ill person killed somebody's entire family and there was only one person from the family left, and that person killed the murderer- the remaining family member would feel that it was justifiable act but the murderers family wouldnt because he was mentally ill!.
