perception is not reality!. My perception of the chair is not the chair itself!. The chair cannot be known unless identified with, often it is perceived through thoughts, memories, experiences and feelings, all of which are subjective, thus the same chair is perceived differently!. The chair is perceived to be 'mine' because I own it or it mine!. But you can't take your chair with you when you die, so it better to say I have earthly stewardship over possession rather than own!.

There are theories out there that have changed/ are changing the way we view or think of ourselves and objects in relation to our settings!. We used to believe we lived in a three dimensional world, now we are looking at fourth, fifth, sixth and seven dimensions!. One basic theory, holographic awareness, states (over simplified) that everything is composed of matter or tiny particles!. Well, just because an object is large, does not mean it is "solid"!. It is simply just composed of many tiny particles!.!.!.some more dense than other objects!. Thus not really a solid world in the traditional sense of solid!. So, in the traditional sense of a chair, it is not a chair, but a bunch of tiny particles clinging together in a unique way!.
