Not necessarily!. Some companies reward you for loyalty while others look to cut you before you achieve status!. It depends on the company!. On the other hand, state, federal or university positions are much more secure!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's easy for U to get promoted when U stick to a same company rather than U hopping around!. If U are the boss, don't U prefer to take someone that work longer for U as they know the organization & cut down training & save cost & time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
