i would use it to better the world, because im content with my state of being at the moment & can't see how a trivial glimpse into the future would really benefit my life, as it is a personal journey through which we should experience fully and not by means of foreshadowing!.

In the beginning I know I would use it for personal gain, however after the novelty of being able to see the future wore off I would use it to better the world!. However, I would rather keep it a secret so the government would not get wind of my special ability in attempts to try to exploit my abilities!. You know we have a tendency to to that!. When we know someone has something that could ultimately benefit ourselves or our country then we tend to use it for the negative instead of the positive (look at the atom bomb - was suppose to use this type of energy to create a better way for us to use electricity and then we come up with a bomb)!. also, whose to say people wouldn't want to kidnap you for your ability!. So you would eventually drive yourself crazy and wish you never had this power!. :-)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'll be honest - I try to use it to better the world, but it would be mostly for personal gain!. I wouldn't use it to harm others, or to break any laws, though!.

EDIT: If you were constantly bettering the world, you'd have no time for yourself!. also, others would take you for granted, expecting you to help them out with every little problem!. They'd stop thinking and acting for themselves!. (Hey, isn't that one of the reasons why Superman disappeared off the face of the earth for 5 or so years!?)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I care about others there for i would help others like that tv show that was out about the news paper!

but i'm also selfish and would want some goodies for me too!

but again it does depend on how you see the future does it just come can you control it is it that everything you look at is dated differently that as well would determine how you would react to this!
if it only showed me the future in a newspaper one day in advance it's not helping me personaly much so i would have to help others instead!Www@QuestionHome@Com
