Question: Why is it that after a huge failure even taking precautions feels absurd sometimes!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Self-doubt!. Decreased self-confidence!. But often I've found that feeling absurd is not reason enough to give up taking precautions!. We learn by experience through our failures and successes!. If we do not alter our method of inquiry in some manner the second time around, then we are not learning but merely repeating erroneous activity that will end in failure!. Thus, taking precautions is usually wise and our inner being must succumb to loss of success and pride so that it can once again rejoice at the restoration of success and pride!. How can we tell we are down unless we get up and can see where we were!? Precautions and absurdity are conflictual with the pride humans take in achieving success, but are also an essential part of it in that that one has to occur to bring about the other!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The only failure is resignation!. All else is a learning experience!.

Depending on the circumstances, taking precautions may either be a wise absurdity or an absurd & unconscious plan to deal with an expected failure!. One is either protecting themself or setting themself up to fail!. Perhaps even, the former could be a rationalization for the latter!.

For me, most everything gleams of absurdity!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Much attention is needed where "absurd" and "unbearable" relate!. It must be faced; that is to say, psychic extinction awaits those who evade the problem; the Sphinx!.

Once you have survived one huge failure, you start to think that you can survive any failure!. You tend to think that something else wouldn't be any worse than that which you've already been through (though that's not necessarily true)!. That kind of outlook is a trap that could prove harmful (or even deadly in an extreme case)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
