Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: teaching them good values is the most important but also a helping hand in a material way will give them a boost if they are good kids and they deserve itWww@QuestionHome@Com I think what is more valuable is to have them learn the proper values that is acceptable to the society to which you will leave them after your gone!. Because I believe, as they learn their values, they too learn the necessary lessons in life that would make them capable to stand on their own to seek for their basic and luxurious needs in the end!. As we all know, most of the high dwelling families in the society did not really give all the material things at the whims of their child, the children were also thought of labor and discipline to serve as training, in time for them to catch the family empire when the oldies retires!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Teaching is the best!. How do children learn personal responsibility and self sufficiency if you buy their homes and cars!? They don't, all this amounts to is to keep them as your dependent!. Being a provider to your adult children is nothing more that an ego boost for your self, it does nothing to help them grow!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Give a man a fish you feed him for one meal!. A child's love is perfect because they expect nothing and love with everything in their being!. They love you because you are until we teach them reward/punishment system!. In the begginning there was no knowledge of the difference between good and evil!.
