Perhaps you are thinking that smoke causes lung cancer to the smoker and those close to him; and such a wispy, almost intangible substance should cause death!. Well, even in old houses in the countryside where there is so much wood-burning for cooking and warmth, bad health and short lives were common!. There is that poisonous gas called carbon monoxide that really harms a person and causes subtle death--one breathes it in, gets giddy and dies, often without even knowing it!. So, brother, keep away from smoking, too much camping or burn too much wood in order to live a healthy and longer life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Its not that way but its the way we have engraved it in our minds that it is mysterious!. We all fear the unknown, so smoke musks us from seeing what is a head(the unknown) !.meaning that smoke is a good camouflage for the unseen because of its power to distort vision!. In the early mornings it could be smog mixed with fog!.
