to be the subject of bigotry--a bigotry which took hundreds of years to become a part of the bigots way of thinking: thus the behavior is not about to change overnight!. Walk a mile in those "Camels" and no amount of water will slake your thirst--EVER! And to live with that "inability to change with the knowledge that there is a different way, a better way and to be condemned to live forever with that knowledge: to be immortal and never be able to improve or ratify the bigotry or wrong in oneself!. Since Hurricane Katrina I am struggling to believe that anything has permanence in my life!. For so long I trusted that many of the important people, places, things, etc!. in my life would always be there!. I am smart enough to accept the physicality of loss, when it's gone - it's gone!.
But the loss of the internal connections are so hard to accept!. And even harder is the fact that my fear of future losses inhibit my openness to the new!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yet another great question, Johnny!.!.!.!.Yes!. Watching my uncle die a slow, painful death from cancer changed my outlook on life!. The night before he died, I forgot to say goodbye to him!.!. and that has eaten me up for years!. This has changed my outlook on life because now I know to always live in the moment, to always tell the people you care about how much you love them!.!.!.!.!.He died at such a young age, and it could happen to anyone!.
