i mean every aspect not just the wars!. think about everything people in africa no food!. who is responsible for the people in africa having no food is it the dollar value or is it the euro value or pound value which countries are taking more advantage of other countries what should change for them to live betterWww@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: This is a very complicated question but basicly since the beginning of time Africa has been at a disadvantage!. With their climate and land type they could only grow certain foods that were very hard to grow and it took a long time!. They had to put all their time into getting/growing food and nothing else!. Where as in Asia and Europe they had the perfect climate for growing food!. They could find/ grow food extremely easily and very quickly!. They were able to spare people to work on other things!. This way they were able to advance their technology easier than Africans!. As Europe advanced they got better weapons and became more educated!. They eventually came over to Africa and took control of it and imperialized!. It was easier for them because they Africans had no weapons and were uneducated!. They took the African men as slaves!. They all their rich natual resources too!. This left the tribe weak!. Many Africans were killed too!. Eventually Europe left Africa but they left behind a huge mess!. The economy was horrible and civil wars started up!. P overty came and disease swept the lands!. That is basicly why Africa is the way it is today!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Zimbabwe used to be called the bread basket of Africa !. Now it's called a basket case!. Maybe if Mugabe was taken out with his coterie , then there might be a bit more food!. The biggest problem they have is changing weather patterns !. Agricultural land is turning into desert !. Rain doesn't come or come to late !.!.Locusts !. plant disease , malaria , AIDS is decimating the populace !.!. They decided to have more kids than the land can provide!. There are a lot of food still available in Africa, but because culture they refuse to Harvest it!. There is a lake teaming with fish!. The Europeans spent money to build a refridgerationunit there!. The local tribe does not like to fish, and refuse to allow otehr tribes to go catch the fish!. Westerners might be partially to blame for environmental damage and the US subsidize grain might discourage small farms from growing (It's more of a problem in the AMericas)Www@QuestionHome@Com We ourselves are responsible!. In the past the land of Africa has been the most richest land of the seven continents and the wars and atrocities we have heaped upon ourselves and allowed to happen in that continent are our fault!. In the last decade I would say that with the global climate change the droughts are man made as well!.
