Question: Some say make specific goals for your life and others say be open to anything!? Which is better!?
Here are some arguments for and against specific goal-making all included in here!.!.!. I've made finite goals such as pursuing education for the purpose of obtaining a job!. I specifically outlined everything--from the kind of job I'll need, to the hrs worked, my resolve to not have a personal life but only a good female friend to talk to, to the kind of grades I expected was reasonable, etc!. Then I really ended up finding the ideal job!. After that, I think I should have kept on planning the goals for my job but because I didn't write it down, I now feel a bit lost at work!. I feel like I'm sort of behind with the knowledge and skills accrual!. It's almost as if I just realized that because I didn't have specific goals, this is the outcome!.
Had I had specific goals to accomplish every week, I would feel on top of my job!.

With relationships, people say don't be searching!. Well I haven't searched, but I see some men who frequent where I work!. I have no plans here!. Making sense!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
