Something!.
Abandoning chunks of who you are without something stronger to believe in, to move toward, to live for, is a set up for more & possibly deeper denial!.
I like to introduce something to gravitate towards that does not need the support of those denials, a thing I give more meaning, naturally leaving the old knowledge in the past!.
Take on rather than give up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The other option is living a lie and I don't know many people who consciously want to do that though I know many people who ahve done it nonetheless!.
The most important thing would be to hold on to the truth you have discovered no matter what!. In some cases it may be your key to freedom!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The moment that they decide what they really want to do, what they actually want to accomplish!. Getting rid of the negative is a good thing, but having a positive goal to strive for is an even better thing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

thats would be the height of someone's personal growth, taking down those excess baggages, self denials and fears!.!.!.

if that happens on me, ill fly to your country and meet you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
