This is a prompt in which I must expand upon for my Year 12 English essay!. I must link the quote to the piece of writing somehow!.
What are the themes of this prompt and what does it mean!? What should i discuss!?
Note: All pieces are based on madness and illnesses that make people go mad!. Maybe they don't realise they are mad!.

Without an objective, empirical reality there could not possibly be a subjective reality!. The "objects" of consciousness are objects IN empirical reality--unless of a purely intellectual nature--and are called "cognoscentum," (pl!. cognoscenti; sometimes spelled "cognoscendum") which means "object of perception!."

This means that empirical reality exists, and the objects within it become cognoscendi at that moment when we perceive them!. Until they become cognoscendi, they are just unperceived objects, like anything is until someone discovers it!.
The "trap of the prism of our subjectivity" [is the word "prism" really necessary here!?] is where the real madness lies, when we cannot escape our subjectivity to see the essences of the objects in front of us!. When we are so trapped, it is our subjectivity that is unable to apprehend the truth within the perception!. But when we percieve the truth, our subjectivity matches objectivity and our mind's subjectivity is balanced!.

About the "ego": Freud said it is the "executive" of the faculty of reason!. As such, it must act as any executive of any company would--with the best rational interests of the person in which it resides!. Don't turn the ego into the culprit in this discussion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i am no pro on mental well-being but to me its all about ego and how we continuously entrap ourselves in thought about ourselves and our future and our constant neediness and addiction to attachment!.!.!. bascially living in thought form like zombies and the very few get it right by being PRESENT IN THEIR LIVES!.!.!. being still and present is almost impossible with the growing pressures of he world!.!.
i might be a bit off here with my answer but its my take on why we as humans can never just see someone for who they are in reality without labeling them and catagorizing them in our heads - we cant just let them be - humans iether need people or fear people, sometimes both!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
