Question: What is the cause of a person being so uncertain!?
When considering a subject, thoughts become complex because there are so many perspectives and ideas that come to mind, not just one or two!.!.!.
Not even ideas some people consider simple are never simple to me!. I really struggle to keep things simple sometimes, but not always!. Sometimes I am able to simplify things and explain them so that others can learn because I'm a good teacher-type!.
But when it comes to grappling with issues alone in my quiet time, I feel so overloaded with so many relevant thoughts that immediately start filling up my thoughts!.

Rejoice, you are a deeper thinker and far more honest than most!.
While there are most certainly 'absolutes' in the world, they are rare!. Most times, we are constantly attempting to decide between what is better and best, not neccessarily between right and wrong!.
Go to this Ivy-leauge school, or the other Ivy-league school!?
Reject argumentation that is falacious, yet embrace my own even though it may similarily violate logic!?
Get married now, or wait!?
Statistically speaking, we make many errors in judgement because our sample of data, and thereby the pool from which we can survey relevancies to formulate arguments and opinions, is too small a sample!.
Your wrestling with as many relevant facts that pertain to whatever issue you're thinking of at any given moment, and that's a great thing! You're being intellectually honest, and your thinking and thoughts will all the richer and deeper for it!.

Maybe the final decision is too concrete for you! A finale chapter in the book! Something done and over, something you can't change when the decision is made! Not so simple when it is put that way, and kind of scary too!
Don't be so hard on yourself we have all been there!! Just do the best that you can and if you do make a wrong decision on something , there will be more you can make the right decision on!
