That kind of epistemology leaves you with a rather harsh and lonely answer that no one is questioning you or even existing with you!. George Berkely, the British empiricist had an interesting theory on all this!. He, being an empiricist, said that knowledge of the external world was only obtainable by experience!. However, he had an interesting twist that stated that since the physical world appeared to remain unchanged without a known observer, that the entire universe is experienced by God and that is how it maintains its continuity!.
