A legal contract in which the main requirements are (1) it involves one man and one woman, and (2) it creates legal obligations (mainly financial support, but also the kinds of support that, when not provided, are legal grounds for divorce)!.

Given that someone gave you constraints as to how to answer your question (whatever chapter 2!.5 is), they are clearly trying to steer you to a pre-determined "correct" answer anyway!.
