How do i get over the fear of feeling grass under my bare feet ??

Question: How do i get over the fear of feeling grass under my bare feet !?!?

I Can't STAND it !! It really makes me cringe and even wearing socks while walking on grass has me belly in knots never mind bare foot!.!.

If it really is something you would like to overcome I would suggest seeing a hypnotherapist with a good reputation specialising in phobias!.

You are missing out on something really nice - running over soft grass in bare feet is really liberating!.

If you can run over sand bare-foot you should be able to overcome this fear!.

I say first, to have a friend blindfold you and have different types of objects with different textures on them and carefully rub it on your foot!. You won't know which one is the grass so you'll know that there is nothing to be afraid of!. You could also take different objects with the same crunching sound and do the same thing!.!.!. like potato chips!.

hahaha; i really don't know what to tell you!. but try dancing in the grass and say I LOVE GRASS! lmfaoo!. You could try to cut some grass off and put it on your feet and tickle your feet with the cut grass! have someone or maybe your pet go on the grass with you!

If it is, then you're just going to have to force yourself to walk barefoot over a large grassy field for maybe a half hour or so every day for as long as it takes!.
