How do you know if you have done the right thing by reporting someone ?

Question: How do you know if you have done the right thing by reporting someone !?

A few days ago I reported someone for using a NAZI hate symbol as his atavar!.!.I didn't get an e-mail or conformation that I had done the right thing!.!.Now I see the Atavar again!.!.
Should I report it again or not !?!?!?
I ask this Question in philosophy as there seems to be a more

There is never absolute certainty that you've done the right thing!. You just have to act as your principles and experience dictate!. Don't expect to be rewarded or recognized for doing the right thing -- often you'll be punished!. But you do it because it's who you are, and how you act!. what symbol is that!.!.if it's a swastika, it doesn't really make it a hate symbol cause that symbol is used in Buddhism and Hinduism maybe the person is using it to show his/her religious beliefs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
