Question: POEM! What does it mean to you!?!!?
I need to know if it means the same to everyone else as it does to me!. So just tell me what you think it means!.
For years trapped in the dark
Of this deep, murky lake
Being difficult to embark
My way out of this massive mistake
For the first time in years
Always trapped in pure black
A glimpse of light has appeared
And I’m not going back!.
Spent far too much time
Sulking in the past
To the light I will climb
And see the happiness at last
Hostility and bitterness
I could not help to show
But within me it exists
The good lost long ago
You were my light
Which drew me out of my prison
You made everything seem right
And because of you I have risen
Out of this lake, my troubled childhood
Which should be left behind
You never understood
But still helped me to find
That there is good out there too
In which I’d been blind to all these years
I owe this all to you

someone had been lost but now they are found~~~
someone special brought you back from a place that you hide perhaps unknowingly~~and that is OK more people then you would ever realize hide, but you have lifted your blinders and you are releasing your fears~~there is no shame in this!. This is a moment of truth that you should be extremely proud of! i think it says that this girl was abused in her childhood but she thought i was her fault so she went into depression but then she met someone who said that it wasn't her fault and she should leave the past behind and now she is coming out of her depression +D!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
such bad and unloving things happened that they were in a pit of dark dispare, misery, and goom, afraid of pain, until thank goodness someone or something came along and showed them love, goodness, something wonderful!.!.god bless!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it means
A person drowning in past mistakes/life and all of their fears!.!.!.
But somebody came and even though they didn't understand,they were still there for that person to keep them from dying in the lake of fears,mistakes,and worries!.!.!.!.!.that's just a brief description of what I thought!!
