if by on fire you mean figuratively speaking, well, my answer is drugs and here is why: drugs alter the chemical states that make up the minds reality!. So, if you take certain chemicals, the underlying structure of the neural pathways is in fact altered!. To set it on fire would require multiple synapses to be firing at the same time, and thus, would feel like it is on fire and would act like its on fire!.
