Question: Is there anyone else who shares my point of view about our world!?

It is just!.!.!.people seem like they ignore the miracle of our existence!. People are so caught up in society!. It seems like they form civilization as a distraction from how extraordinary the fact that we are here is!. All of these worldly issues (politics, school, etc!.) seem to just allow us to evade such thoughts!.

Don't get me wrong, I get caught up in all of this too!. But some days (like today), I feel as if everything going on in earth matters!. Nothing matters except figuring out how and why we exist!.

1) Admitted confusion, like the rest of us if we're honest with ourselves, is real and created both by ourselves and those about us!.

3) It sounds that you have the makings of a great-humanitarian, and frankly I'd rather have a poor-humanitarian then another prosletyzer knocking at my door!.

Yes, I do believe that Man should have been simple and had not made any worldy issues especially school because it just takes much of our time!.

i'm not sure if i share exactly your point of view on the world, but i do have one!. at one time this planet used to be just a planet, and now thanx to us it's a death trap!. do you ever wonder how it might feel!? it used to be a planet in its own little world-before us!. now it's still the same planet, different world!. think about that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with you completely!. When a person accepts the fact that there is no god as religion defines god, that is his first step toward finding the real god!. Well in some ways everything we do is extremely important!. If I work extra hard and make a lot of money I'll enjoy my time on earth more than someone who slacks off and lives on welfare!. (Or maybe I just think that!. The welfare guy might be laughing at my ignorance!.!.!.)

Sometimes, (but not always) I think of our world as a tiny point of light in an almost incomprehensibly vast universe and can't help but wonder just how important are our wars, our political debates, our international negotiations, our stock markets, etc!. etc!. etc!. in the entire scheme!.

An ant might wonder about similar things as he carries a crumb from my sandwich triumphantly back to his ant nest!. But maybe not, because ants aren't nearly as intelligent as humans!. Are human beings the equivalent of ants in the mind of someone much greater than us!? Or should we be so arrogant as to think we're the best there is!?

And if we are insignificant, does that mean we shouldn't take ourselves seriously!? Ants take themselves seriously, even as ridiculous as we think they are!.

The anti-theistic, hedonistic, moral-subjectivists have done wonders for degrading and devaluing life!.

Killing babies is one example!. Caged babies, no less!. The misconception there is that just because a life is effectively gagged by immaturity and prevented from screaming for their own lives that they are somehow not people!.

We rape our world and take life for granted!.!.!. replacing spiritualism and "mind" with bio-chemistry and neuro-science!.

Just look at all the people who go to psychiatrists instead of psychologist!.!.!. because instead of believing in a thinking mind and the capacity to reason through problems and be cured of their issues!.!.!. people would rather believe that their life is not their fault and that a mere drug will cure them!.!.!. really just masking their symptoms and allowing them to function in a capitalist, superficial, materialistic society!.

People dont like blame!. Its always "my" fault for good!.!.!. praise me!. And its "his" fault or Gods fault for all the bad!. ADD is a made up condition in which parents dont have to take responsibility for their childs discipline!. All the while the medical field rakes in countless dollars!. Instead of being self-responsibly people with minds and personalities!.!.!. we are merely organisms suffereing from a chemical imbalance!.

Just look at the mentality on yahoo answers!. I dont even have to be religious!. If I even mention "god" or "soul", the atheistic bigots take offense!. All of the answers that reference free-will and choice and the spiritual whatever!.!.!. gets down thumbs!. Anyone that maintains the materialistic, no-one-is-to-blame attitute gets an up thumb!.

I am the one that up thumbed the religion answers!. Take that fact away, look at the comparison then!. They all got a down from someone who was grossly offended by the mere prospect!. Is that not bigotry against anything pure and true and objective!?
