I do think that no is the answer!.!.!. because I do think people can change!.

But anyone who said no with the rationale that love must be lacking and once love is found, cheating will stop!.!.!. I think that mentality is wrong!. They are incorrect!.

Cheating is never right!.!. under any circumstances!.!.!. no matter if you were cheated on or how un-in-love you are!. If you dont love and are miserable!.!.!. just end the relationship and move on!. Dont cheat to wait it out until you find someone you can commit to!. What is that!? There is no justification!. Yes, once a cheater always a cheater!.

Just because someone stopped cheating doesnt prove they have changed!.!.!. it only proves they found the love they were looking for!. As soon as they become unhappy again, cheating will always be an option for them

Simply put, if you cant judge someone for their shear physical appeal, then what can you judge them by!? Personality is built on past experiences, past choices, and past rationalizations!. How someone outwardly acts in the present is meaningless!.!.!. what someones plans for the future are even less-so!. But you can always learn about peoples true nature by judging their history - not just the actions themselves but their reasons for doing them!. Anyone that says ignore the past because it doesnt matter has no basis to discern anyone from anyoneWww@QuestionHome@Com

I personally haven't cheated!.!.!.I'm marrying the first/only guy I ever dated (I am in my mid 20's) but I've known a number of people who have cheated (including both my parents!.!.!.)!.

In general, most have stopped cheating eventually but usually only after a significant gap of time between relationships although you should always be hesitant if you're seeing someone who has been known to cheat in the past!. While you may end up trusting them, make it clear that they are on probation!. Within a single relationship, once someone starts cheating on you they won't stop and you can't trust them again with the relationship!.

While I do believe in forgiving people for past errors, especially if they are trying to do right, once someone cheated on me I would not trust them in the future!.

On another note, I feel compelled to mention that there is a situation where I could condone cheating and that is only if *both* parties agree to it!. I have known people married to each other where they stayed together for some reason other than love and where neither cared about fidelity but both people do have to agree freely!. One couple I know stayed married for two decade only because by the time they realized they shouldn't have married in the first place, the wife was pregnant with twins and in that area infidelity was far more accept than divorce!. The couple are still good friends despite the open infidelity when they were married!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Me, me!

A cheater stops being a cheater when s/he grows up and learns the value of integrity!. When you lose what matters to you because you didn't show respect for it, you're motivated to change, and it sticks because it feels good to be true to your own self by matching what you truly want with what you say you want!.

You can tell by whether or not the person takes responsibility and freely offers heartfelt remorse, or if you have to ask for the remorse/apology and it comes weak and laced with excuses and expectations that you'll forgive!. If it seems false, your cheater is not reformed!. Trust your instinct!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That's just a generalization, all of us can learn from our mistakes, the problem is!.!.!.most of us don't, and most people tend to develop trends or habits that we can easily slip back into!. "once a cheater always a cheater" a more accurate version of that phrase is!.!.!. cheat once, 90 percent chance they'll cheat again!. it's not a 100 percent but the odds are definitely against usWww@QuestionHome@Com

I have never personally cheated, but I have a few friends who have cheated before and then stopped!. It all really comes down to maturity and how in love a person is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i've never cheated, but i do believe this!. i do believe also that there are exceptions to every rule, but i wouldnt hold my breath for a cheaterWww@QuestionHome@Com

in answer to your question, Once a cheater always a cheater!?"!.!.!.!. NO!. if ur cheating it means theres a problem in the first place!. once u find it !.!.!.!.!. and by it i mean love!.!.!.!. u wont feel the need to cheat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have cheated but now that I have the man of my dreams I would NEVER do it again! EVER that was the stupidest thing I have ever done so no I do not believe in that saying!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the prospect of cheating is perceived through the scope of monogamous marriages!. **** whoever you want, whenever you want!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To be successful !.!.!. one must fail, and re-try again!.

I'd imagine over time ( and enough failures) the cheater learns that it's easier to break-up, then move on rather than cheat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That's a generalization,and a very bad one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
