well i can recall one thing that i really wanted and it came true----i always wanted to leave the country i was living in for 7 years and come back to the U!.S---well I did after fantasizining for all those years---but now that my wish came true my life's no better than what it was when i was there!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it depends of what it is: if you fantasise of been the queen of England unless u marry prince Williams u can't be!.!.!. or wanting to become a some kind of god lol hypothetically speaking!. how ever, things that are reachable at our standard i guess yes!.!.!. what I'm trying to say is that if you are realistic anything is possible!.
