Question: Communication!?
This is a serious question!. When I have problems, I tend to keep them to myself!. The question is should I keep my problems to myself or talk them out to someone else!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If we don't express our feelings they manifest in our life in other ways!. I coach people on this because I went through so much myself!. I couldn't afford help & didn't have anyone years ago when my 20 year old son passed away!. I stopped working & learned how to take care of myself!. Now I use what I know to help others!. E-motion is Energy in Motion!. So if we keep it in it is like not going to the bathroom We wouldn't hold it in!. That would be toxic!. There is allot to know about it though!. You have to understand so much & you share with the wrong people it can make things worst!. If you dwell on certain things that negative energy will grow!. So you have to really understand what you are doing or find something who is good to work with but you are the one in charge!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends, there are many ways of expressing emotions!. If you feel good telling your closest friend (make sure it's someone who can keep a secret), writing a book or emo poem( expressing yourself by painting or sports is an opyion in the quiet category), or just going somewhere quiet and sorting things out in your own head, or you could find a stranger to talk with(since they don't know anyone in your life they wouldn't have an influence or be biased, just make sure it's no one dangerous) just find a way that suits you!.
