Question: Which form of meditation can you recommend and why!?
2nd question: Why is awarness so important in meditation!?
and if it has something to do with a direct awarness of death, then what kind of effects would that have on society!?

being aware in the present moment, being aware when ego arises is a wonderful means to come to more and more awareness!. and this can be done while doing your job!. it helps to be fully aware while working and not being sucked up by mind!. then youa re not able to act consciously!.
or watching your breath!. not breathing, not doing the breathing, just watch the breath come in and out!.

Meditation in between the eyebrows point on the forehead!.Reson:The third eye (Lord Shiva) is located there in an unopened state!.
Awareness of who you actually are is important to know!.You are not the body is known to everybody but does anyone has the experience of who he really is!?See it!?
Society will cease to have differences and love each other!.The reason being that all are in fact the same in the spiritual form!.
It does not require you to quit your job or restrict your physical activities!.It is only inwards that you are at peace because you know who you are in reality!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Which form of meditation can you recommend and why!?
- i use a combination of self hypnosis to relax, and energizing and alignment of the chakras to meditate; why!? i just feel that whenever i meditate even for 20 minutes, i feel centered, calm and clear!. like the weight of everyday living has lifted from my chest!. energising and aligning my chakras just clears my psychic centers even more, and in a way optimize my awareness!.

2nd question: Why is awarness so important in meditation!?
- awareness is important, i believe bec it is how our spirit realise this reality!. if i am aware then my spirit perceive this reality that it is in!. without awareness, we would not know what truth and what is fake!.
- the spirit knows what is true and what is fake through awareness!. on the other hand, the mind do not know the difference between the true reality and a fake reality (like a movie, a dream, or virtual game)!. this can be proven by simply if we watch a movie, we usually react to the movie, even if we know that the movie is not real!.
