It's been my observation that the best way to oppose a huge force - like the force of law - is not to meet it head on and blatantly match my strength with theirs!. This is largely what they expect!. The whole of the police and justice system is set up to find, catch, and harm those who simply try to ignore them!.

Rather, it is best to pull things down from the other side!. To SEEM complaint but to interfere and make enforcement all but impossible!. To overload the system with other problems!. Or best of all, to ensnare the weavers of the net in the very net they have made!.

Its easy for the system to squash rebels!. Thus the best way to bypass their defenses is to never appear to be one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The reasoning I would use to decide that would not be based on whether the law was flawed (as many are), but what the ramifications are if the law is not obeyed as opposed to if it is obeyed!. As someone previously noted, the tax law in the U!.S!. is unquestionably flawed and biased -however, not paying my taxes would result in a worse situation for me and would not do anything toward repairing the law (which would make it foolish for me to do)!. There are times, however, when conscience dictates that the law be disobeyed -as doing so would bring the inequity of the law to the public's attention & perhaps ultimately resulting in the law being changed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have to obey plenty of laws I don't agree with!. From having to erect a "safety" fence around my pool to protect neighborhood children who shouldn't be in my back yard (if the parents are doing what they should be) to paying half of my retirement to someone who didn't earn a penny of it because the law says they are entitled!.!.!.
However, if a law ever comes along that says I have to endanger my friends or my family!.!.!.then I guess I am going to be an outlaw!. Won't happen!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The first thing I would do is try to get that law revoked by all means that are available to me, such as petitioning, making representations to elected folks and speaking against it as much as I could!.

As to if I would obey the law!.!.!.!.
Well it depends if it ain't applied I would not be ashamed to brake it since a law that can't be applied will in time become void!. If the law was enforced well I would make a wonder does this law make my life bad enough to leave my country or not if it did!. I would be out!.

good question!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

there is no such thing as an unflawed law, all of them are flawed thats why there is no order in this world because some cries for change and others are passive about it!.

i obey the law!.!.!.selectively, if i dont agree to it, i wont provoke it but i would be disinclined to itWww@QuestionHome@Com

as long as it doesnt conflict with my interests, i wouldnt even notice it!. if it did, i would do all i could to disobey it publicly, but not get myself arrested!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends on the law and to where it applies!. If disobeying it puts in high risk my own or other people's safety, I chose to obey!. I guess I am not that brave!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If the law didn't stop me from being the best me I could be, then I'd let it be !.!.!. if it stopped me from this goal, then I would petition, and get ppl together to change it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sure - because I'm a sheep, just following what those in power say for fear of being persecuted somehow!.

(Was that too sarcastic!? Sorry!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

not at all!. Choosing whether to follow a flawed law shows how strong you are in your morals, no matter what the consequences!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All of the laws are flawed!.!.!.but I obey to the best of my ability!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, I don't!. I do what I want when I want as long as I don't put anybody in harms way who does not consent!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would not obey a flawed law of any kind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I stop obeying flawed laws, I'd be an outcast of society!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
