God didn't create man or woman!. He created the building blocks of the Universe, atoms, elements, neutrino's, etc!.!. These particles eventually formed our Earth!. This, that, and the other took place over a few billion years and eventually primative life developed!. Over the next couple billion years man evolved from jellyfish!. You actually already hit a good point that can not be disputed!. The Bible was written by men, so matter what the beginning was, it is the human authors that came up with Adam then Eve!. God may have created whatever he wanted at the time and it wouldn't matter to the controlling church at the time, they just needed a story to keep people in their place!. Eve is drawn out of Adam's middle as a symbolic "birth!." The rib is used as the material because it is symbolically phallic and male!. It's as if man f'd himself with his own rib and fathered eve, who then came out of his stomach region!. It is classic womb-envy, and penis-hysteria!.
