Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Interesting question!. It gets me thinking!. Overall I've had an incredibly blessed life with the exception of a couple of months when I was 16 where I lost every living relative that was worth a hoot and my boyfriend and true love of my life to accidents!. Tough few months to be sure!. I don't think I feel the feeling that you're describing because I see everything in life as a constant challenge!. So I'm always maneuvering around and trying to pull off my little plots!. metaphorically speaking, I don't see climbing the mountain as a single thing!. I see it as a million steps that lead somewhere and my attention is mostly focused on each step!. I'm so busy trying to take each step quickly, carefully and efficiently that I hardly notice anything else until I look up and realize that I'm on top of the mountain!. Remember, success at anything is 90% effort and 10% planing & luck!. So focus on the steps is what I'd advise!. Even if you never reach the sumit, the hike is it's own reward!. If you have done BOTH and there has been NO response then it WOULD be safe to assume that what you seek is NOT going to happen!. All too often, however, many of us state what we want to everyone BUT the person concerned from whom we want it!. Many folks NEED to be told exactly what it IS that you want without "games" and expecting to correctly guess it, based on clues that you've set out for the person!. I must admit that I am ONE of those folks who has NEVER been proficient at "guessing" people's wants based on strategic clues!. If you want the pretty pink dress with the sparklies on it then just saying to me that it looks pretty doesn't give me enough info!. If you WANT it then you need to tell me so!. so, in your case, have you been explicit in what exactly it IS that you want!? If so, then the chances are that it is not going to happen for you!.
