Yeah, and what's the point of changing underwear if it's going to get dirty again!? What's the pointing of doing laundry at all!? Damn repetitive redundancy!. Only here's the thing, until we actually die, we won't know what the alternative to life is!. A lot things derive their points from their opposite states!. You can't a light without you got a dark to stick it in!. You can't really love, if you can't truly hate, etc!. So we probably won't know the point of the whole shebang until we get to the death part!. But on the off chance, that the whole death part is a lot less pleasant than the life part, we may as well stick around as long as the powers that be let us!. And in the meantime, it means having to wake up (almost) every day, drag my *** out of bed, put on clean undies, and face the world!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The point of living is to contribute to the venture of life, and thus to go on living in others!. You don't know that anyone is not going to better the world--they way these things work is extremely complicated, and sometimes "the stone that the builders rejected becomes the head of the edifice!. And maybe not everyone is meant to better the world--some people are meant to just live--an oak tree sheds thusand and thousands of acorns--only one or two of them will ever sprout into another tree!. If we all knew that we would never die, if we all knew that there'd be PLENTY of time to do those things we've always wanted to do and fix those mistakes we've always wanted to fix and make the memories with the people we care the most about!.!.!.then we would really never feel as much excitement or anxiety when we finally go parachuting or bungee jumping, never feel that remorse or truly learn when we really "f'd-up this time", never feel true warmth in just hanging out with your best friend or those butterflies when you know that you have found the one that you want to spend your life with!. In reality there is no clear point!.

A thousand years form now they will more then likely never know of you name or your cause!. A thousand years from now there might not even be a world we humans call home!.

It is the journey through life that counts, not what life the person has or when they die!. From living on this earth, we will all hopefully do something in our lifetime that has helped others or done some kind of good for society!. If you held a seed in your hand and somehow knew it would only live for 1 year, would you still plant it!?!?!? What if you knew it would be beautiful for 1 year!? Couldn't you enjoy it for a year!?
