Depends on the problem!. Some problems really do work themselves out and need not be placed on anyone's shoulders save your own!.

That depends what the problem is!. The most likely outcome probably isn't that it would resolve itself or that it would become more complex (though I've seen both occur), but that the problem simply lingers and that the person doesn't forget about the problem, making them anxious about the fact that they haven't yet dealt with it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

More commonly, either you won't like the resolution,
