You must put the needs of small children who depend on you first!.
You must honor your promises!.

I sympathize with you but loyalty always comes first!. If you follow your heart and you get what you want then your happiness is based on betrayal!. In the end it doesn't really matter which is more important because if you are disloyal than your own happiness is damaged!. And isn't that what following your heart is about, finding happiness!? It defeats the purpose!. Keep in mind that there are other ways to follow your heart and other things in this world worth pursuing!.
