Good question!. I'd say the number one thing is abnormality!. Then there's exaggeration, outrageousness, and in anything that is really funny, there is at least a small amount of truth!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Multiple independent meanings or relationships help make it funny!. The kangaroo sits next to an attractive woman and starts consuming multiple drinks while sweat talking her!. The woman finally says that she isn’t interested in dating marsupials!.
