It is given by the Holy Spirit, to us for His purpose!. He supplies us with what He needs to accomplish in our lives!. I feel this is why we are different!. What is perfect and beautiful to us is not the same in God's eyes, quite the contrary!. We must be thankful for our individual blessings, however they may be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can't personally define it!.!.!. it's very complicated!. Intelligence is not an opinion!. Only professional psychologists and neurologists can accurately define it!. Because of the delicacy, sensitivity and complication of this subject, the definition of intelligence is still blurry and not clear, and many theories exist and some contradict (for instance the orthodox psychometric approach or Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I define it in others by the intelligence not to hurt me just because they can (I am an easy target)!.
