Hmm!.!. I don't know any!.!. because I haven't experienced something that could defy my sanity, like being lost in the sea or in an island, but I think I'd reckon how to keep myself sane if it happened to me!. According to Frankl, and I don't know why did this come to my mind, during the hardest times man can and must find a way to survive and keep his sanity!. He always asked his depressed patients "if your life's so horrible why don't you kill yourself!?", and they did give reasons, some job they found interesting even if they said they hated it, some pet, some old memories which they wanted to save from oblivion!. For him the strongest reason to keep living and keep your sanity was for the people you love, if they're already gone then to live in their memory!. That's what he said, me I don't know, he was a strong guy, he was in a nazi camp for months! but I haven't faced such a situation and I don't want to!. It's hard to tell you know until it happens to you, and fortunately nothing like that has happened to me, so I just put what he said!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anyway,isolate yourself from all things in a metal box from which you cannot break out!.
Tough you might go insane there,insanity is the result of three things:yourself,other poeple,or isolation!.
