Question: ********I sometimes DOUBT God!. Is that BAD!?**********!?
So lately my life has been really horrible!.
I just gave up!.
I try to be happy!. I dance around, after I turn off the music, I sit down and cry!.
I can only be artificially happy!.
I sometimes doubt that there is a God!. I feel so ashamed of myself!. but I cant control it!.
I cry all the time, because my life is so worthless right now!. and I havnt seen anything that will boost up my hapiness!.
has God forgotten about me!.!.!.!?
does he like to see me cry and beg him!?
or is he leaving my alone because I doubt him sometimes!?

It's human nature for people to feel alone and discouraged even in the worst of times!. Think about this!. When Jesus Christ as a man was on the cross he cried out "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me!?"
It's okay for a human being to feel overwhelmed!. But know that God never forsook Jesus at any time!. Just as God will never forsake us at any time!. God had a plan for Jesus to fulfill so that all men could be free!. It's not easy for us because we do not know or understand God's plan for our lives!. And even if we did I think it's hard for us to avoid the problems that come up!. So we need to face it with courage!. Just as a tree or a flower stands in the midst of a storm or even a bird that will sing even in spite of the weather!. We can make it because God will give us the strength to do it!. And by our survival we can help others to survive their problems as well!. As the some posters have said!. Think about helping others!. And you will find out that in the end you will have helped yourself out as well!.
There is a poem called Footprints on the Sand" written by Mary Stevenson
Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord!.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky!.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand!.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,

you have nothing to be ashamed of!. The day that I gave up on God's ability to make me happy was the best day of my life!. Only you can control your self, not some fictatious deity!.

Oh noooo, no, no, no!. Please be nice to you, it is your shame clogging your vision, let it go, there is nothing shameful in experiencing doubt, there is nothing shameful in being in pain, it just is, let it be, let it ebb and flow, let your tears flow, so you get happy for a bit, yay, celebrate that, that is God!. Are you sure your definition of worthless is that of God's!? Be kind to you, as you would be to someone hurting as you are!. I know what u are saying!. Listen, never give up even in bad days of your life!. After that, u are gonna see u were only sad!. Go and entertain yourself!. Try finding something u really like!. It happens when an unpleasant thing happens for u like when u break up with your boyfriend or something like that!. But, it is gonna be better!. I think everyone doubts God at times!. We all are destined to carry burdens created by sin and hardship, but sin and hardship are the result of humans distancing from God, therefore, your burdens are not caused by God!. At such obstacles you encounter in your life, remember that these were not bestowed upon you by God, however, He is the One in which you can trust and confide during these hard times!. You are not alone in occasionally blaming God, but the sooner you realize that God is your ally who offers unconditional love and support no matter your situation, the easier your troubles may seem!.
Here is a story you might be able to relate to:
One night a man had a dream!.
He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the LORD!.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life!.
For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand:
one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD!.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him
he looked back, at the footprints in the sand!.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints!.
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of his life!.
This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you'd walk with me all the way!.
But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints!.
I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me!."
The LORD replied:
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you,
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you!."

I think that doubt is sometimes a part of what Christians go through ( even though we shouldn't)!. I know when you have that super depressing period in you life and its almost like wonder if anything is worth it!.!.!.that time that just sucks!.
He doesn't LIKE to see you cry and beg, I think its just him letting you get through life's experiences!. What I do, is i read the bible every night before i go to bed (when you see what some of the people in the bible went through, life isn't going to seem as harsh)- and i pray a different prayer every night!. but i kinda changed it into a talk more than a prayer, because it makes me feel better (kinda like telling all of your problems to your best friend!.)
What's also god, is to try to go to church as often as possible, a fellowship thing can boost your belief!. God is real (Think of all of the wonders of the earth) - its just that sometimes bad things make us loose our faith for a while and (i think) He's just waiting for us to find out way back to Him!.
I really can only tell you what i feel about this!. But don't let any naysayers of bad experiences make you loose your faith - sometimes I think that God is all that we have!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
This doesn't make him happy!. Things don't happen in the time that we want it to happen, but in the time He wants it to happen in our lives!. Things may be very hard for you right now, but you must continue to have faith in Him!. Trust me, I'm, going through very difficult times right now, but it helps to know that there is a reason why He does everything!.
Sometimes we feel like there is no more hope; that things are really pointless, but we need to have faith in Him always!.
Faith is believing in Him and what He does with us and for us, despite what goes on around us!. We need to believe and trust Him in the good times and the bad!.
Don't forget to thank Him for your blessings, but also for the bad things in our life!. He doesn't bring you to anything you can't handle!. Maybe he DOES want you to seek him more, pray to him, worship him!.!.!. This will bring you strength!.
